Nintendo sued to patentschending with Switch controllers

Nintendo has been sued by an American accessoiremaker, because patentschending with the Joy-Con-controllers that the Switch be provided.
The Switch is a tablet with detachable controllers, who are on either side of the screen.
The company Gamevice claims in a lawsuit that that concept is stolen, reports Engadget Friday. Gamevice makes controllers for tablets, which are also on the sides of the screen can be attached.
Gamevice is asking the court in California for damages, and a ban on the sale of the Switch.
Nintendo has not on the indictment replied.
