Nieuwjaarsontbijt without preparation: this turn you from the pantry

Realize you are only on the 1st of January, most shops today are and you yourself are appointed to any cat away to eat? Then you come to these ideas for help. The only thing you need are some scraps from your fridge or standaardgasten in your pantry.

You have… oatmeal & bananas

Result: quick pastries, to quick sugars supplement

The basics: mash two over-ripe bananas with a fork and mix with 90 grams of oatmeal. Scoop in equal piles on a baking paper-lined baking tray, press flat, and bake about fifteen minutes at 180°C.

Extra tasty: with pieces of nuts, raisins, a snuf cinnamon, chocoladeparels, a scoop of peanut butter,… Check out what capabilities your pantry and let your imagination run free. Delicious with a glass of cold milk.

You’ve got… beans & eggs

Result: tex-mex burrito omelet. Spicy, creamy, and slightly spicy: blessed to you during a lively party lost reserves to replenish.

The basics: pour a tin of red beans and rinse them. Heat in a pan along with some cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika, and salt and pepper. Bake an omelette and fill it with the bonenmengsel. Serve with a dot of ketchup.

Extra tasty: when you first some pieces of chorizo burn for you the beans, add some sliced peppers to add. Replace the ketchup by a homemade simple, but slightly spicy tomato sauce. Serve with finely chopped fresh coriander, diced tomato and a dollop of sour cream.

You have… puff pastry & smoked fish

Result: salty wafers. A delicious crispy and pleasantly greasy snack.

The basics: cover a sheet of puff pastry with slices of smoked fish (for example salmon or trout), and place another sheet on top. Cut into small portions and fry in between a waffle iron until you get golden-brown wafers.

Extra tasty: when you mierikswortelpasta and finely chopped fresh herbs like parsley or chives between the wafers rubs for baking. Serve with some sour cream and a fresh salad.

You’ve got… eggs & avocados or hotelbroodjes

Result: a fried egg on top in a nice jacket. You’ve got some sandwiches from during the feast, or did you not have all the avocados used in your planned guacamole? Try this tasty egg.

The basics: halve the avocados, cut the pit out and make the hole a little bit bigger, or halve the rolls and remove some bread, so you get a seat. Break carefully an egg into each half, season with some salt and pepper, and place both halves in a baking dish. Bake fifteen to twenty minutes at 180°C in the oven until the egg white solidified.

Extra tasty: with a little freshly chopped chives on top.

You have… old bread, just like milk & eggs

Result: wentelteefjesmokken. Because that is easier to eat in the office for the tv than the famous French toast.

The base: beat one egg and mix with 40 ml of milk. Tear the bread into bite-sized pieces. Grease two mugs and divide the bread into it. Pour the egg-milk mixture and place the mugs in the microwave for one to one and a half minutes, or until the mixture is solidified. Serve with a little (powder)sugar or maple syrup on top.

Extra tasty: with a few drops of vanilla extract and a pinch of cinnamon under the egg-milk mixture is mixed. You can also all kinds of delicious toppings to add, such as chocolate samples, nuts, dried fruit,… Construction the mugs on in layers, so that with each bite which everything inherits.

You have… bananas, cocoa & praline paste

Result: a shake that tastes like a dessert. A creamy breakfast that’s more fills than a standard smoothie.

The base: throw the following into your blender: a frozen banana, two tablespoons praline paste (such as almond butter or peanut butter), two tablespoons of cocoa powder and 50 ml of water. Let run until you get a homogenous shake.

Extra tasty: with toppings like grapes and a pinch of cinnamon. For an extra filling shake, you can also have some oatmeal to add, all you will also a bit more fluid to use.

You have… bananas and eggs

Result: super-fast, fluffy bananenpannenkoekjes

The basics: mash the banana finely and mix with two geklutste eggs and a pinch of salt: your dough is ready. Fry in small amounts of pancakes and serve with maple syrup.

Extra delicious: with some chocolate chips or a snuf cinnamon. To make the pancakes a bit more ‘body’ to give, you can also, for example, amandelmeel add.
