Attorney Matthew Haberkorn claims that socalite Jacqueline Kent Cooke called his mother a “Jew”, and attacked him with a glass of wallet.
The NFL heiress, who reportedly became a lawyer with her glass handbag and spewing anti-Semitic comments made on New Year’s Eve may be on the way to the test.
Jacqueline Kent Cooke, the 29-year-old daughter of the late Washington Redskins owner Jack Kent Cooke, appeared in Manhattan criminal court on Tuesday where a judge adjourned the case to Oct. 23, the New York Daily News reported.
Prosecutors have reportedly recommended Cooke to serve three months in prison.
Matthew Haberkorn previously told the New York Daily News the NFL heiress was furious last New Year’s Eve when she was waiting behind his 77 year old mother in a coat-check line.

The lawyer called Cooke says, “Hurry up, Jew,” during the meeting in the restaurant Caravaggio in New York City. Haberkorn also was with his wife and four daughters.
Haberkorn said he was then attacked by Cooke during an argument on the sidewalk near the restaurant. Video also captured the 52-year-old with blood on his head.
Cooke also claimed that she suffered a broken finger during the encounter.
Cooke was charged with the offence of sexual assault.
Haberkorn received a desk appearance ticket for the charges related to the alleged incident. His case, however, was later dismissed.
A lawyer who previously represented Cooke also demanded the charges be dismissed because she was also injured in the altercation.
