Newspapers full of praise about the Dutch vrouwenelftal

The Dutch newspapers are full of praise for the Oranjevrouwen Sunday afternoon in Enschede European champion.
“Phenomenal”, “Golden girls”, “Undefeated champion” and “women football write history”. So open the four largest national newspapers Monday.
“A commercial for the women’s football”, says the Volkskrant the 4-2 final win against Denmark.
The AD writes that the Netherlands thanks to the Lions again pride is on Orange, and that the final but one thing is clear: “the Netherlands is the European champion”.
“Fought like lions” quotes The Telegraph on the front page in large letters are the words of Lieke Martens, who is the best player of the tournament was named.
