Incumbent Dan Donovan New York 11th constituency has been represented since 2015. Critics say he is tough enough to represent Staten Island.
“Think you tweeted to the fact Alabama” Trump. “We can’t lose take a Chance, a Nancy Pelosi Democrat controlled!”
There is no one to better represent the people of New York, and Staten Island (a place I know very well) as @RepDanDonovan who loves strong on borders & Crime, our military and our vets, voted for tax cuts and helping me to America Great Again. Dan has my full endorsement!

Grimm said contributed to Trump, perhaps unintentionally, his own campaign.
“It could even back-fired in my base, because a lot of them, the think in full support of our President, he has it is wrong, and want to say to be able to the President: ‘hey, are you going to have to have the right man.'”
Donovan won the president’s endorsement, in spite of the vote against Trump’s position on taxes, health care, and sanctuary cities. He said Grimm failed cast the decisive vote.
“My opponent went to prison and lost his right to vote. He couldn’t yet said once the vote for the President,” Donovan. “My opponent says he supports the President, but not say anything in support of the President in the presidential elections.”
Baruch College political science professor Doug Muzzio said the race comes down to the personality.
“Donovan will be perceived, is in Staten Island, as a wimp and not tough enough, and Staten Island reacts to the feeling of weakness and sees Grimm as a sense of strength,” Muzzio said.
