Soon a delicious and fresh meal on the table without the suits cost money, remains a challenge in many households. To satisfy them, there is now the online platform Zappore.
There are solutions enough if you don’t feel like or have time to cook for yourself (give – or afhaalformules) or to do some shopping (maaltijdboxen enough), but in doing so you must often be a compromise. So are the meals so that you can get are not always equally tasty and healthy, is the ordering system is not always flexible or crawls there is still a lot of time in the preparation of the recipes of the week. If not with Zappore, which is Italian-inspired and freshly prepared meals delivers at home.
The idea behind Zappore is simple, because simplicity is a good virtue now once the Italian kitchen. The basis for the dishes that you are using the platform to order, consists of carefully selected, seasonal and fresh products. Through the online menu you can order à la carte, but you can also opt for a permanent formula, such as a ‘Famosa Festa’four-course menu. A weekly menu is available, with three different home-made dishes that you have to do is to warm up.
How Italian sounds, it is an initiative of the Belgian Charlotte Moerman, a young entrepreneur who’s passion for the Italian cuisine with everyone wants to share. This leans them also on the expertise of some other people.
Among them Macelleria Falorni, a traditional butcher from Tuscany, who for nine generations qualitative charcuterie makes according to classical methods. In addition, they work together with some outstanding chefs: this will include the acclaimed duo Peppe and Marcus, an Italian, and Belgian from Opglabbeek, for a fresh look at the pure Italian kitchen. The cheeses are supplied by the renowned kaasaffineurs Michel and his son Frédéric Van Tricht and the drizzle of olive oil comes from the Terre di Merino, a young Italian-Limburg start-up for organic olive oil production in Puglia.
Zappore delivers on Wednesday and Friday at your chosen address or pick up point. You can order up to a day and a half in advance. You are never more than 15 minutes in the kitchen to the dishes.
Per person is the average price for a starter, €6 for a main dish 11,5€ and €5 for a dessert.
