New biography on life of prince Bernhard

Author Dik van der Meulen comes with a new biography of prince Bernhard. The book focuses on the period from 1936, when Bernhard in anticipation of his marriage to the then princess Juliana of the netherlands citizen of the Netherlands and in the Netherlands went live.
Querido showed Wednesday, know that the book stands alone, but also complements the much talked about biography Bernhard, a secret history in 2010 of Annejet van der Zijl.
They came across during her research into the early years of the prince on a membership card of a national socialist student association. It was mentioned that he was also a member of the NSDAP. Bernhard himself denied to his death that he ever nazisympathieën had cherished.
