Nelly’s rape accuser has filed a civil case against the rapper claims that he sexually assaulted her and defamed her reputation.

Monique Greene accused John of raping her on October 6, 2017, after his concert in Seattle a night club where she works.

Greene 911 after the incident, but the criminal case was dismissed after they allegedly do not cooperate with the investigation.

Greene claims that Nelly and his legal team set out to discredit her, and now she is suing.

Nelly’s lawyer Scott Rosenblum said in a statement obtained by Fox News that in light of her lawsuit, “It comes as no surprise that Mrs. Green [sic], filed a lawsuit against Nelly looking for money after we announced intends to make her accountable. We have always believed her accusation was motivated by greed.”

Rosenblum said Nelly is planning to counter sue.

Nelly (pictured here with Tim McGraw) says he will countersue Greene.

Greene originally said that the incident occurred after Nelly’s show closed. She claimed that she was partying with Nelly and the other members of his team.

According to TMZ, Nelly invited Greene to an after-party and she went in his SUV that brought them to his tour bus. Once on the bus, Greene sat on Nelly’s bed, when she claims he began to masturbate. Then, they claimed Nelly forced her to have intercourse. Greene said she said asked him to at least use a condom to try to stop him, she began to cry and was thrown out of the bus afterwards.
