A scene from a horror erupted in a courtroom Monday when a man is on trial for murder in Nebraska, he cut off his head and he fell out of his wheelchair and, according to the report.
Aubrey Trail, the, 52, and shouted, “Bailey is not guilty, and I curse you all,” before you object, possibly a knife — on his neck in court, Wilber, 35 km south-west of Lincoln, KOLN/KGIN has been reported.
Deputies rushed to help, as the Route lay bleeding on the ground.

It was unclear when the trial will resume, or how badly, a Trail was killed or wounded.
Officials said that he had had a stroke and two heart attacks since his arrest.

Trail as well as Bailey, Boswell, 25, who is awaiting trial, charged with first-degree murder in the killing and dismemberment of a 24-year-old Sydney, Loofe, in November, 2017.

Her body was found, dismembered in garbage bags, the news outlet reported.

Prosecutors said the pair are scheduled to Loofe’s abduction and murder. Loofe, and Boswell had been matched on Tinder and went on a date in November 2017, a month before her remains were found, investigators said.
Trail, the solicitor, said that her death was an accident during consensual sex fantasy.
