NASA administrator Jim Bridenstine says he wants his 11-year-old daughter, in order to think of themselves as the astronauts who will be returning to the moon in 2024.

NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine says the agency, However, the programme will build on the Apollo’s 11, the amazing inheritance, by the arrival of a new generation of AMERICAN astronauts, including the first woman on the Moon.

The Artemis program will provide the land American astronauts on the Moon by 2024 and to build a sustainable human presence on Earth’s natural satellite. However, it will also make history by landing the first woman on the Moon.

Bridenstine told Fisher that’s one of the first women on the Moon, you will have to come out of the current NASA astronaut corps, 12 of them are female.

“It’s history,” he told Fox News’ Kristin Fisher, in an interview on Saturday. “In Apollo, we had to take a test to be pilots, and the pilots, but there weren’t any women.”

“However it happens to be, according to Greek mythology, the twin sister of Apollo,” he said.

Saturday will mark the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing.
