Agents were looking for a young man, linked to multiple indecent exposure incidents in the California Bay Area — including an incident when he was caught nude on camera outside a house last week.
The defendant, as KTVU reported, was described as a white man in his early 20s, with dirty brown colored hair kept in a fade-style haircut.
“We are able to connect to … Fremont cases, takes place between 15 June and 27 June to the suspect sought in our June 21 incident. We also believe that the same suspect was caught on video in san jose an incident that happened in the night of June 5,” the Fremont Police Department says in a statement. “An important piece of identification evidence in this series, is the defendant in various tattoo. In the most recent san jose incident, the tattoo clearly shows a spring hanging from a ring around the suspect the right biceps.”
Last Thursday night, KTVU reported, the san jose resident’s security camera captured a naked man engaging in lewd behavior, police said.
Fremont police said that the first case is connected to the suspect occurred on 15 June, when two women looked to the outside of a house and saw a man on his genitals.
The second case happened on June 21, when a burglary suspect exposed himself to a resident. The naked suspect, who had entered through an open sliding glass door, KTVU reported, was in the vicinity of a bedroom door to masturbate.
The third and fourth incidents happened on 27 June. Two victims in a car saw a naked man touching his / her genitals to approach. Less than an hour later, the naked suspect approached a woman who is a victim was walking with her dog in an apartment complex.
