Special Counsel Robert Muller outlined several crimes in his report, but will not offer a conclusion on disability because his boss was unlikely to allow the law enforcement.
Judge Andrew Napolitano from such claims, which add on Thursday on “Special Report”, he sees evidence of President Trump allegedly broken the law.
“I don’t think the reason Müller come to a conclusion on the obstruction of justice is not because the evidence was there – it is there, it is ten crimes are described,” he claimed. “The reason is because he knew that the General state of the accused’s lawyer would never give him the privilege .”

“[Müller] is a soldier. He is a Marine. He does not want to the challenge and take the public to his boss.”
Napolitano added he believed trump would have been charged if he is not the President.
But, he said, the Office of Legal Counsel opinion advising against the President’s accusations, is just that – an opinion.
“As far as the OLC – Office of Legal Counsel opinion, it is an opinion, issued in October 2000,” Napolitano said. He added that a month after the opinion was issued, then-President Bill Clinton was charged with obstruction of justice.
Host Bret Baier asked Fox News senior judicial analyst, as long as it is not that Müller completed in person, he wanted to be an obstruction of justice case.
“And how long has [he] know that there is no collusion?” Baier asked.

Napolitano said he believed that Baier would be the questions at the top of all Congress-survey of Müller.
He claimed that the House Judiciary Committee, may Ga a subpoena Müller soon, and ranking member Rep. Doug Collins, R -., would probably ask echo Baier.
