MS-13 gang arrested after he re-entered US illegally, the Border Patrol says

MS-13 gang Reyes Guzman-Umanzor, 35, Honduras, was arrested Saturday for entering the U.S. illegally, the officials said.

A previously deported members of the dangerous MS-13 gang was arrested Saturday in Arizona with the border agents to catch him after he illegally crossed the border, the officials said.

Reyes Guzman-Umanzor, 35, Honduras, was taken into custody after agents patrolling in Nogales, approximately one hour south of Tucson, he found allegedly re-entered in the USA with a group of three other illegal immigrants.

On the processing, it was discovered one of those arrested Guzman-Umanzor, the Border Patrol stated in a press release. The MS-13 gang was arrested earlier for DUI and drug possession, and was later deported, according to Homeland Security.

The other three people in the U.S. illegally with Guzman-Umanzor also “previous immigration violations and removals from the US and will be confronted with additional costs.”
