Motorola makes smart bodycams with face detection
Motorola is working with software company Neurala to smart bodycams, which is using face detection technology automatically suspects and missing children can be found. The cameras have on police-units are sold.
The cameras use artificial intelligence developed by Neurala, according to the companies. The technology will, among other things in the SI500-bodycams are integrated.
Police officers may be the face of a suspect or missing input, then the images of all connected cameras will be automatically analyzed. Is the person in question to see in a movie, then stores the software alarm.
The cameras search real-time to people. Because of this, they can agents be used to find someone in a crowded or chaotic environment, making it easier to a suspect about the head.

There are no buyers for the bodycams published. It is therefore unclear in which countries the cameras will be used.
The Dutch police used since the end of last year facial recognition to identify suspects. This is a photo compared to a database. In the United Kingdom, earlier this year someone was arrested who through face recognition was found.
