More than half of Americans believe Mueller probe was fair, are satisfied with the results: survey

More than half of Americans believe that Special Counsel Robert Muller carried out a fair investigation and were satisfied with the results-including a majority of the independent, according to a survey published Friday.

A new NPR/PBS New hour/ Marist poll said thought 56 percent of the respondents, Müller carried out a fair investigation, while 51 percent of respondents said the total — and 52 percent of the self-employed-you, were you satisfied with the probe and its results, NPR reported.

Another line of investigation of the special counsel’s office has been probing whether President Trump obstructed justice during the investigation. Müller, after reviewing the evidence, decided not to come to a conclusion on the matter, and instead kicked the decision to the Ministry of justice.
