More and more Dutch zestigplussers renting out home on Airbnb
Increasingly, rent Dutch zestigplussers their homes through Airbnb. The share of seniors in the woningverhuurplatform the past year, almost doubled.
Also in the age groups 50-59 (88 percent), 40-49 (79 percent) and 25-29 (74 percent), there is growth in the number of providers. In total, there are worldwide around 160,000 accommodations offered by zestigplussers on the verhuursite, about 10 percent of the total offer.
