More Afghans dead by suicide
The number of people killed and injured in Afghanistan by suicide bombers in the first half of the year, with 15 percent.
By the war in the country in the first six months a total of 1.662 citizens to the life and 3.581 injured. That is just a bit more than the number of victims in the same period a year ago, reported researchers from the United Nations Monday.
The researchers said that the Taliban were responsible for at least 43 per cent of all civilian casualties. Terrorist group Islamic State (IS) was accused of 5 percent of the number, while not specifically identified antioverheidsgroepen were responsible for another 19 percent of the total.
