Mom’s to celebrate the first day of school, the wine and donuts: ‘We’ll be just fine’

Children may be afraid to be the first day of school, a group of people, and the love of it: mother’s day.

Earlier this week, a group of mothers in California and shared the photos on Facebook that show them that what appears to be a great time to be in on the first day of school, and to celebrate the occasion with donuts and wine.

Shawna Genova, of Minneola, Fla., shared the hilarious photo of on Monday. “On the first day of school. Whaaaaaaaat!” she captioned the photo, which shows her sitting down with three other mums who enjoy a wine-and-donuts from the Donut King.

“Some of you may be sad to say goodbye. This is me and my girls. We will be juuuuuuust fine.” she wrote.

The women did it right by a sign that reads, “on the First day of school by 2019, #ByeFelicia.”

Genova is the owner of Wee Winks Photography, Fox 35 reports. The photograph was said to have been her idea, and she and her friends Bridget, Jennifer, and Robin, (who all live in the same neighborhood) to celebrate. The quartet is reported to have 18 children among them.

As for the photos, and have received a generally positive response, there is a group of people who apparently aren’t fans.

Genoa, told Fox 35 that her kids “think that we are crazy. The older people are now disowning us because of how far it’s going. We’ve threatened to get them to go to school in our dresses.”

Of course, that hasn’t stopped the mother from becoming more popular with other moms, or work in the neighborhood and its residents. According to Genoa, “We have girls who want to hang out with us and some wine. We’ve got to go to Disney with a number.”
