McConnell: America is about to start to grow again

Senate Minority Leader says it was a year of extraordinary successes for the administration.

Senate majority Leader Mitch McConnell, took place on Friday in a swipe at former President of the Trump consultant Steve Bannon, when he was asked about Bannon efforts to the election of Republican Roy Moore in Alabama.

McConnell also said trump will remain aligned with him on the endorsement of more mainstream GOP candidates in the 2018 midterm elections.

Moore, in front of several allegations of molesting teenage girls, lost to Democrat Doug Jones in a Dec. 12 Special Election.

The result is shrinking seats to the GOP a 52-seat majority is only 51, and flipped a Senate seat was in Republican hands for decades.

“The political genius on display, throw away a seat in the reddest state in America, is hard to ignore,” McConnell, R-Ky., said.
