Mississippi river, and the homeless guy commits a crime to get locked up and out of the cold

A homeless man in the Mississippi river, and made the deputies to arrest him, because he wanted to get out of the cold.

It was in Natchez, Miss., On Thursday morning, according to Adams County Sheriff Travis Patten, who said the incident underscored the need for more resources in order to support the area homeless.

Patten said that the man was in his office, and asked the delegates if he is to be put in prison, because it was too cold to be outside, according to the Natchez Democrat.

He said that the deputies told the men that they will not be able to do that for any of the reasons for, and the man said to them: “I will make you a lock for me,” says the paper.

After this exchange, the man then broke the windows in the court house, on the opposite side of the street, and the sheriff’s office.

He was charged with vandalism. His name had not been released.

“If there was a place he wouldn’t have to make it an offence to have been committed would have been able to get out of the cold, and it was not possible to have a hot meal,” Patten told the paper.
