Minnesota man charged with murder after a drop of the son on the head for being ‘difficult’ – report

A Minnesota man was on Friday arrested on the charge of killing his 5-month-old son, allegedly, to drop him on his head, for the old and “difficult”, a report has said.

He Hoisser, 35, was charged with second-degree murder in the April death of his son, Gus.

The child died from injuries related to a skull fracture, and the Pc. Paul, the Pioneer Press reported, quoting a Washington County criminal complaint.

Hoisser, told investigators that he became frustrated when trying to get the baby to sleep because he was crying and “difficult,” according to the paper. He is reported to have said that at one point, he deliberately let his son down on the floor.

The child died of blunt force trauma, then a few days later at the Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis.

An autopsy showed that a prior head injury that most likely occurred within a few weeks of the child’s admission to hospital, according to the Pioneer Press. Hoisser, reportedly told the police that he had not been “very gentle” with the baby.

Hoisser’s bail has been set at $350,000 and he was ordered to have no contact with his wife, who is expecting a baby.
