A Minnesota man is facing a charge of second-degree murder after a 75-year-old bus passenger, who he was reportedly attacked last week died from his injuries.
Leroy Davis-Miles, 23, of Minneapolis was charged with felony assault in connection with the Nov. 6 fight, which took place in the city of Chicago-Lake Transit Center, and FOX 9 in Minneapolis-St. Paul reported.

The police department told FOX 9 that the man was suffering from a serious head injury and died at 1:36 pm on Tuesday, becoming the 39th homicide victim of the year in Minneapolis.
