Coffee is a lifestyle. That range may have consequences, shows a recent report by SurveyMonkey in order from the app Acorns: millennials spend more money on coffee than on savings.
The research report ‘Money Matters’, while more than 1,900 millennials between the ages of 18 and 35 about how they spend their money. There were two striking conclusions: almost half of young people (41%) said monthly, to spend more money on coffee than on a pensioenspaarrekening, and especially women (10% more than men) get the portfolio up for their trays comfort.
That result is the more remarkable, as the study took place in America, where coffee shops still not as much as the cost in an average coffee shop here. Moreover, it also indicates that 41% of the surveyed young people in the same research fear that they are at retirement age, financial problems will have.
