A truck driver may have been possessed by the Grinch earlier this month when he allegedly destroyed a holiday package that he was supposed to have a drop-off for Amazon customers, according to a new report.
AMAZON IS DOING A REPORT ON THE SUPPLY CRASHES, DOES, SAFETY IS THE TOP PRIORITY
A Surveillance video captured by a neighbor, a Troy, Mich., location is on the driver to place the package in front of the rear wheels, and then proceed to run it, repeatedly, Detroit’s WXYZ-TV reported.
After the driver to stop at the front door of the house, and he seems to be trying to deliver the package before heading back to the truck, carefully placing the package on the truck from the rear, and the back-and-forth on it many, many times, to break on the counter, the report said.
A neighbor of George Porretta, was outraged by the video, and that nothing is going to get the guy to come back, and then the package again.
Shortly thereafter, at about 4 p.m. Dec. 17, Porretta himself, picked up what was left of it, and that it was made to be a smart remote control for garage door openers, and delivered to the intended customer, WXYZ reported.

Porretta said, Amazon is replacing the order, but does not insist that such behaviour must stop before it brings in more donations for the holidays.
The van was not marked, leads to Porretta to suspect that the driver was under a contract with a third party for the provision of the service, according to the report.
Amazon has not yet commented on the incident.
