After he asked if he owed an apology from President trump for a rumor that, in his explosive book “Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White house,” Michael Wolff claims that his audio wasn’t working and went off. But it was real?

Michael Wolff, author of the sensational fire and the fury: Inside the Trump White House book abruptly ended an interview with Australia’s “Today” show, after the anchor asked to spread it around a rumor Wolff, President Trump had an extramarital affair.

During the interview on Monday, anchor Ben Fordham is trying to ask Wolff why he’s in the last few days backtracked on the statement.

“You said you were absolutely sure that the President has an affair, and you don’t say now that he is,” Fordham said.

“Hello?” Wolff, indicating answered, he could hear nothing in his audio receiver. “I’m not getting something.”
