Melania Trump, the parents are US citizens

The First lady, Melania Trump parents was officially a US citizen on Thursday.

Viktor and Amalija Knavs, the state took a citizenship oath on the 9. August, their lawyer, Michael Wildes, confirmed to Fox News.

The Knavs had residents living in the United States as a lawful permanent.

The couple was accompanied to and from the Manhattan ceremony, the Homeland Security police.

Trump grew up in Slovenia from their parents, while the country was still under Communist rule. Viktor Knavs, 74, was a car dealership and Amalija Knavs, 73, worked in a textile factory.

The couple made headlines in may after they were seen visiting a federal building in New York City with your immigration lawyer.
