Mel Gibson’s ex Oksana Grigorieva claims in new legal documents, obtained by Six Page through The Explosion, that she suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a result of domestic violence and the long-term, expensive and difficult paternity battle that they had to endure.”
Gibson was charged with misdemeanor battery against Grigorieva and eventually cut a plea deal with prosecutors in 2011. In that same year, she was awarded a $750,000 settlement from Gibson after earlier rejection of a $15 million in the deal.
Grigorieva also claimed “, stresses of litigation and the bankruptcy,” has brought her to develop a pituitary adenoma, which is a slow growing tumor in the pituitary gland.

The Russian singer-songwriter filed the documents as part of its ongoing legal battle with a forensic accounting firm that claims she owes them $108,000 for work during her paternity battle with Gibson. Grigorieva fears that should the accounting firm of money she owes the resources they received from Gibson, “It could possibly lead to a reduction of my child support and have a negative impact on the health and well-being of my daughter.”
The accounting firm of White, Zuckerman, Warsavsky, Luna & Hunt documents filed in December Grigorieva claims had an outstanding debt. The company’s forensic accounting work for her in Gibson’s finances in order to help her an increase in child support.
