“This never happened,” a royal spokesman said at the time.

Back in October, Kensington Palace announced that Meghan and Harry were moving early next year to Course Cottage, a house in the grounds of the Windsor estate, in anticipation of the expected birth of their child.

While the announcement further stirred rumors of a possible break-up of the royal family by Meghan, the palace stood the relocation is for a completely different reason.

“Windsor is a very special place for their royal highnesses, and they are grateful that their official residence will be on the estate,” the palace said in a statement.

Although the move will mean that the brothers William and Harry no longer lives in the area, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex is still one of their office in Kensington Palace, which is also the home of Middleton and William, both 36.

Meghan and Harry are expecting their first child in the spring.
