Meat substitute Quorn gets Chicken Pieces from the shelves

The British food manufacturer Marlow Foods gets 33.570 pack Quorn Satay Pieces of 300 grams from the Dutch shelves. Reason for this recall is an error on the packaging.

On the box the manufacturer has the word ‘peanuts’ is incorrectly translated as notes, while it comes to peanuts. The manufacturer assures customers that there is nothing wrong with the product itself.

Customers with an intolerance to peanuts is advised to store the product not to consume it. Buyers can return to the supermarket or other retail outlet where they bought it and get the full money back.

Other sold in the Netherlands Quorn products are not affected by this action.
