Actor Matthew McConaughey is feeling “alright, alright, alright” on its 50th anniversary and is celebrating by joining Instagram.

The “Dallas Buyers Club” star also shared a video in which he opens up about the link on social media sites.

“When people come to my site, I want them to see me,” McConaughey said in the post on Monday. This is my first venture into the parts of myself and my thoughts with the world, and I’m a little nervous about it.”

“To be honest, I know that I want to play it, I don’t know if I want to have a dialogue,” McConaughey continued. “You know, I’ve learned you have to have the dialog, to be able to have a monologue So I’m looking forward to sharing who I am, and I’m curious to find out what I want to share this art.”

The actor also said that he hopes that its contents will tickle funny bones, to make the viewers to think, to take a quiet moment or to have their hearts swell.

“Let’s go have some fun with it,” McConaughey concluded. “But don’t forget, we the high, not the low-order.”

McConaughey has already gained 162,000 followers and is following to famous friends such as Reese Witherspoon and Jimmy Fallon.

Actress Salma Hayek and placed it on the birthday wishes, McConaughey is on its own page on the website.

“Happy birthday to my favorite Matthew McConaughey, who is now also in Instagram one day.” Hayek, the caption read. “I’ll have to teach you some of my tricks.”
