Matt Gaetz on Marianne Williamson ‘ s comments
Marianne Williamson received the most notice that you will get the democratic presidential nomination, when confronted in the comparison, ICE-raids, conditions of Jews in the 1930s Germany, according to Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla.
During a speech on Tuesday, Williamson, an inspirational author and self-help guru, told the audience, she is Jewish, and she was, “raised, to say ‘never again’.”
“It happens,” Williamson said. “There is some people that would say to me, Miss Williamson, I think the Jewish analogy – you have really gone too far it. This is not the same type of situation at all. Some of these people will not be deported to places so dangerous that it is actually different.”
During an appearance in The “history” Thursday, Rep. Gaetz said, the comments are not only Williamson more attention than it has received so far in their campaign, but that there is evidence of a problem in the Democratic party.

“This is likely to be said the attention of the Marianne Williamson for President to get campaign ever,” the legislator.
“It is indicative of what is going on on the primary side of the Democratic party. Each [candidate] is trying to be a little more outrageous to get attention.”
Gaetz discussed the comments of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY, at the beginning of this week, as the store in comparison with border detention facilities, and concentration.

Gaetz admitted conditions in the facilities are grim, but said that the Holocaust comparison was inappropriate.
“We should not use the challenges we face today compare to the extermination of six million Jews,” he said. “If we do that, when we call, the holocaust or concentration camps with high frequency, then undermining and trivialising the end of the true horror of that time.”
