FBI crisis team responds to the shooting in Perryman, Maryland
Law enforcement officials report multiple victims shot in industrial area in the vicinity of Aberdeen, Maryland.
The lone shooter responsible for the killing of at least three persons and injuring several others during a Thursday morning attack on a Maryland distribution center was in custody and in critical condition, police said.
A law enforcement official told The Associated Press three people have been killed in the shooting at the Rite Aid distribution center in Aberdeen. The suspected shooter is in the hospital, although the police are not the fulfillment of their weapons during the incident, the officials said.
“We are so tentative in this research,” Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler said in a press conference. “It is so important that we deal in the facts.”
Shots were fired just after 9 p.m. in the area of Spesutia, and Perryman roads in Aberdeen.

The police responded to the shooting just after 9 a.m. at a distribution centre in the vicinity of Spesutia, and Perryman roads. Authorities arrived on the scene in a little more than five minutes of the first call.
A law enforcement official told Fox News the shooter may be a woman and confirmed the incident was no longer an “active shooter” situation 11:30 pm
Several people were killed and injured Thursday after a gunman opened fire on a Maryland distribution center, the officials said.
Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan described the scene as “horrible.”
“We are closely monitoring the horrific shooting in Aberdeen. Our prayers are with all those affected, including our first responders. The State stands ready to offer any support,” Hogan said.
FBI Baltimore said that responding to the scene, and a spokesman told Fox News one of the bureau’s crisis specialist teams was on the way.
Authorities say multiple people have been shot in northeast Maryland.
Aberdeen is located about 30 miles northeast of Baltimore.
Less than a year ago, Harford police officers were called to a shooting at a granite company in which three people were killed and two others were injured. The shooter, Radee Prince, opened fire at his workplace in the nearby Edgewood, less than 10 miles of the Thursday shooting, in October 2017.
He was captured in Delaware after a 10-hour manhunt.
In July, five people were killed when Jarrod Ramos, 38, launched a “targeted” attack on the Capital Gazette newspaper building in Annapolis.
