Market value Microsoft rises above 500 billion dollars

The market value of Microsoft is Friday, above the 500 billion dollars has been released. The shares of the company rose after it on Thursday published a positive quarterly report.
The results from that quarterly report were above the expectations of analysts.
It is seventeen years ago that Microsoft was the last time a value has had more than 500 billion dollars, reports Reuters. In march 2000, Microsoft had a market value of 550 billion dollars.
The shares rose 2.1 percent to a value of 65,64 dollar per piece. The total market value of the software giant is now on 510,37 billion dollars.
Thursday had reported to Microsoft that the company net profit has made 5,2 billion dollars. The turnover amounted to over 26 billion dollars. In particular, there is a lot of growth thanks to better performance in the field of Office software and business cloud services.
Microsoft has put the most money in the field ‘more personal computing’ with more Windows, the Bing services, and the gaming division. Together which is good for 11.8 billion dollars.
