Christine Blasey Ford and Supreme Court nominee judge Brett Kavanaugh of the witnesses before the Senate judiciary Committee about Ford ‘ s claim of sexual assault.
Mark Richter, the high school friend, the Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, wrote in a letter Thursday that he does “not remember the events,” said Dr. Christine Blasey Ford during her testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
“I never saw a Board to act in the way that Dr. Ford describes,” he wrote.
The judge directed the letter, “under penalty of crime,” Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley and Ranking member Diane Feinstein, through his lawyer, Barbara Van Gelder.
“I please not be involved in this matter nor has anyone involved and ask me to be,” the letter said, and referred to its previous letter of Sept. 18.

The letter said he told the Committee that he wants to make a comment on the events open to the public.
“As a recovering alcoholic and a cancer survivor, I have struggled with depression and anxiety,” his letter said. To speak “as a result, I avoid the public.”
Van Gelder also reported The Washington Post on Wednesday that the judge will need to avoid the spotlight for his health.
“I told him to leave the city. He is rushed. He is a former alcoholic and under incredible stress,”-the judge, the lawyer, the paper said. “He needed for his own health, to get out of this toxic environment and care for themselves.”
The judge also said in the letter that he and Kavanaugh friends in high school were spoken but still, the directly in several years.
Judge is a writer, filmmaker and journalist, writes for the conservative outlets including The Daily Caller and The Weekly Standard, according to the reports.
Ford your claimed Kavanaugh pinned on a bed, to remove during a party in Maryland, trying on her clothes, and put his hand over her mouth to prevent her screaming. She said he and the judge had also turned the music up to a loud volume.
Ford said she was able to escape when the judge jumped on it and Kavanaugh, she said, was intoxicated at the time.
