A man who is accused of the murder of seven people over a 13-year period in South Carolina is on the way to the court.
Prosecutors told the family of the victims to be in court in Spartanburg County on Friday morning, but did not say what the hearing where Todd Kohlhepp would be about.
Authorities say Kohlhepp was arrested in November after the researchers checking on a mobile phone ping in a missing couple case, a woman chained in a container on Kohlhepp property.
Deputies say the woman told them Kohlhepp murdered by her boyfriend two months earlier. Authorities say Kohlhepp also killed a couple he hired to do work on his property in 2015 and four employees at a motorcycle dealership in 2003.
The 44-year-old built a successful real estate agent in South Carolina.
