WHITE MARSH, Md. – A Maryland man who pleaded guilty to mistreatment after setting the two men on the fire for more than a year ago faced with a murder charge in the case.
Baltimore County police say the 29-year-old Christopher Harrison Jr. set of 25-year-old Shawn Scarinzi and the 22-year-old David Campbell is on fire after a fight in December 2015.

Harrison, who is in prison on the assault convictions, was charged last week with first-degree murder in Campbell’s death. No payment has been requested in Scarinzi death.
