Man on horse arrested after burglarizing a house in Florida

A Florida man was arrested on suspicion of burglary in a house, and after that, he rode a horse to break into a house, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.

Lonnie Maddox, 52, nicknamed “The Rooster”, and his horse, by the name of Angel, was seen on security footage strolling through the New Port Richey, Fla., the ownership of local resident Steve Ferguson.

The images showed the Maddox and the opening to a screened porch and trying to get into the lock door. He gave up, and tried to enter by a back window, breaking it and causing $100 worth of damage, according to the Tampa Bay Times.

Soon after, mr. Ferguson noted, Become at the security camera and called the local sheriff’s office. Before the officers arrived at the home, and the horse ran away and was separated from Maddox.
