Man damages painting in the National Gallery in London

A 63-year-old man in the National Gallery in London a painting of the English 18th century painter Thomas Gainsborough edited, probably with a screwdriver.
That report British media. The artwork had two scratches on it but the canvas has continued throughout.
It comes to the painting the Morning Walk (The morning walk) 1785. The man was Saturday afternoon shortly after the attack on the work by staff and visitors of the art institute in restrained until the police arrived. He is Sunday indicted.
