Malta also wants to have European migratiedeal with North Africa
The EU needs a migratiedeal connect with Turkey to the influx of refugees from North Africa in to the dams.
According to the Maltese prime minister Joseph Muscat to put the agreement as a brake on the large numbers of boat refugees which, according to him, this spring, through the central Mediterranean are to be expected.
