Major international culinary festival The Grand Gelinaz get Brussels brother

On Thursday, november 10 for the second time, the international restaurantuitwisselingsproject The Grand Gelinaz! Shuffle Two organized. 40 of the world’s most high-profile chefs will across the boundaries of continents and time zones simultaneously cooking.

Last year produced 37 chefs from all over the world a previously unseen performance by their restaurant, home and personal lives for four days to exchange. The aim of this unique project is to be the world, from Brazil to Russia and from Australia to Japan, culinary frontiers, and the creativity of the chefs, and to strengthen their cultural horizons widen.

In 2015 was the first edition of The Grand Gelinaz! Shuffle Two already have a special successful event, but this year the organization even stronger tackling. So, for example, at the same time, also the additional collaborative project: The Gelinaz! Brussels HQ organized. This collection of 20 innovative chefs in the capital of Europe to the international synergy of Shuffle to celebrate.

Clock around culinary delights

The HQ project will take place in Bon Bon. The recipes of the 40 participating Shuffle-chefs form the basis of the project. As soon as the ‘Shufflers’ their exchange to know, they will a court create that is in line with the style and expectations of their assigned restaurant. In the Brussels headquarters, all of the recipes reinterpreted. During 4 shifts, each 3 hours to make the 20 chefs in duo the the dishes are ready. THE GELINAZ! BRUSSELS HQ to start on 10 november to 12 noon at the same time that the first Shuffle restaurant in australia’s Adelaide opens its doors. It ends on the 11th of november at 3 in the morning.

Per shift up to 40 guests participate in the dinner. Interested parties can reserve a table for 1, 2 or 3 shifts. The real gastronomes can even opt for the 4 shifts and almost 24 hours to enjoy the finest cuisine. Tickets are on sale from Wednesday 21 september to 10 pm.
