Madonna confirms adoption of two girls from Malawi
Madonna confirms with a photo of her twins on Instagram this week two girls in Malawi has been adopted.
“I can officially confirm that I have the process have been rounded to two sisters from Malawi to adopt and I am overjoyed that they are now a part of my family,” writes the singer in a photo showing them with the four-year-old girls went for a walk.
“I am, and everyone is very grateful that me in Malawi has helped to make this possible, and I ask the media to our privacy to respect in this transitional period. Thanks also to my friends and family and my team for all their support and love,” said Madonna.
The two new adopted children of Madonna is called Esther and Stella. It is a twin of four years. It is not yet known how fast the 58-year-old pop star the girls can take home.
The supreme court in the capital Lilongwe granted Madonna Tuesday consent for the adoption of the two children. The singer already has two children from Malawi. She adopted son David Banda in 2006, in 2009, added daughter Mercy James joined the family.
Madonna still has a biological son and daughter. The twenty-year-old Lourdes was the singer with actor Carlos Leon. With director Guy Ritchie they got Rocco, who was now sixteen years of age.
