Most shops sell guacamole, but did you know that it is also not at all difficult to take the avocadospread? If you have a good blender in your home, take even ten minutes to complete. For a bit more bite, place some tomato slices and corn (from a can) in between your sandwiches.
Also, herb cheese, you have in all flavours and colours in the stores, but the fresh bread is easy to make. Cut parsley, spring onions and chives finely and mix it together with some pepper and salt under a cream cheese of your choice. Ready.

Wish you got some inspiration from the Middle East? Humus is not only delicious, but also easy to make. In addition, there are very nice variations imaginable.
Leave 125 g of walnuts for at least 4 hours. Mix them in a standmixer with 200 g pitted black olives, a handful of fresh parsley, a twist of fresh pepper and two tablespoons of olive oil. Olives are naturally quite salty, so taste first moment of the mixture for you also salt to add.
The opportunities for groentespreads to create are literally endless. A tip, some extra seasonings, and a blender should be enough for a delicious (and healthy) lunch.
