Caroline Lebar, the art director of Karl Lagerfield, comes during the weekends to completely relax in her kitchen. Every Sunday a delicious cake, that was the premise of her book, full of heavenly firings.
What a weekly tradition, grew to become an Instagram phenomenon, and today it is the book Every Sunday, delicious cake, where the water your each page again in the mouth. This is partly due to how much care Lebar spend on the adornment of her firings: the cakes continue to be each time very natural (if you have fondant or very own marzipan figurines in the closet: love them, especially), but are again and again small pieces of art.
Not only the photos, but the recipes are very fine. The French used easy to find products, remains far away from complicated techniques and surprises every page again with you what you can do with fruit and in cakes. That way you’ll be forty weekends guaranteed of tons of baking pleasure.
We may get three times the taste:
- Mango-cranberry tatin
- Ricotta, honey, fig, almond
- Orange-chocolate cake
