Now it’s official, they are realizing that there is no way to ensure that a moderately long prison sentence, unless they have been found not guilty in a trial.”

The charge of conspiracy to commit federal program bribery carries a maximum penalty of up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. The couple have been hit with additional charges of money laundering and conspiracy charges that could land them behind bars for up to 40 years if convicted on all of them.
