Loughlin, 55, and husband, Mossimo Giannulli, were accused of paying $500,000 in an alleged hoax mastermind, William “Rick” Singer to be his daughter hired at the University of Southern California crew team, despite neither Isabella, nor to Pay the Jade, once a rower. USC moves on the girls’ enrollment statuses are on hold in the midst of an internal investigation into the scandal.

Giannulli, and Loughlin refused to accept the plea deal and the other parents in the Operation Varsity Blues, the case may be, including those of Felicity Huffman, was accepted. While Huffman was convicted and sentenced to 14 days in jail, Giannulli, 56, and Loughlin, were slapped with additional charges of money laundering, and conspiracy, and now it can face up to 40 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
