Loretta Lynn’s hit back at rumours that she is in poor health, and her sense of humor.
After a tabloid reported that the “Coal Miner’s daughter” singer was about to die, and Lynn, 87, responded in a video on her Facebook page.
Scroll through the report on her iPad, in the video, Lynn scoffed, “Hey, this says I’m in a nursing home, and I’m on my deathbed. You must be kidding me!” I’m not dead, and not even Willie [Nelson]! Both of us are coming back to life, and we are going to raise hell.”

Lynn referred to the reports that fellow country legend Willie Nelson, 86, was ill.
She captioned the video, “Well, over the years, they have said,” I’m broke, homeless, sleeping, drinking, crazy, terminally ill, or even dead. Bad things don’t ever get it right. Lynn was admitted to the hospital for an unknown illness in October 2018, with a broken hip one month later.
She cancelled her tour dates in 2017, after suffering a stroke.
