Liverpool extends contract Lallana until mid-2020
Adam Lallana has Wednesday a new contract at Liverpool. The midfielder will remain until 2020 at the English club.
His previous contract expired in the summer of 2019. Lallana is reportedly £ 110,000 (130,000 euros) per week.
Liverpool extended last month, the contract of Philippe Coutinho, the Brazilian state of 150,000 pounds per week on the payroll and is thus the highest earning player in the selection of Jürgen Klopp.
“I am very proud and humbled by the trust that this great club and the manager in me show”, says Lallana on the website of Liverpool. The Englishman plays since his move from Southampton in the summer of 2014 at Anfield Road.
“It is a great pleasure to for a club like Liverpool to draw. If your contract is extended, then it means that the people who make decisions are happy with your contribution to the team.”
Lallana has the hope that Liverpool again in the future and the prices can go play. The club was in 1990, last won the national championship. The latest profit of the FA Cup dates back to 2006. A year earlier, won Liverpool the Champions League.
“This club is excellent for me. Here I can be a part of something special,” says Lallana. “There is no better club for the future you to connect.”
“We have a great selection. The longer we are together, the better we will be. Our manager and staff are world class.”
The 29-fold international was this season, good for seven hits in 27 duels.
Liverpool is currently fifth in the Premier League, just three points behind the number two to Manchester City. Monday is the club where Georginio Wijnaldum plays an away game against Leicester City are on the program.
