Conservative talk-show titan discussed immigration reform and the indictment of 13 Russian citizens for election interference.

Conservative talk radio star Rush Limbaugh on Sunday returned to the argument that concealed weapons in classrooms-not by demonstrations or the fault of the NRA is the way to stop school shootings, speaks in just three days, 17 people were killed in a Florida high school.

“The solution is, we have said, the concealed carry in schools,” Limbaugh on “Fox News Sunday.” “We need a mechanism to act on the defensive. It is better to stop the mechanisms in schools, if it breaks out.”

This is not the first time the idea of the security staff or perhaps teachers carry guns has been triggered, with Limbaugh and others argue that a shooter could be stopped more quickly, to wait compared to get up by armed police and tactical units.

“We have said armed security in every public place, with the exception of the schools,” Limbaugh.

He spoke minutes after five students have survived work last week, the filming of a Parkland, Fla., high school, said they are organizing a country-wide demonstration on July 24. March, the attention to the question of what is meant tougher gun-purchase law.

“You are very eloquent,” Limbaugh of the students said. “You have the feeling for you. Anyone who was really serious about a solution to this no less take care of the cannon angle. The next shooter is out there and has the weapon, he will use it.”

The Congress has been widely criticized for not adopting the legislation, that the attempt of the amendment to Second Amendment rights to gun ownership, with much of the justification, that Republican lawmakers are afraid to pass such legislation for fear of losing re-election, in the hands of the powerful gun-rights lobby.

“I wish that the Congress could legislate that away,” Limbaugh said. “It’s not the (National Rifle Association) is to blame.”

He used to also agree with the idea of a ban on the AR-15, semi-automatic style rifle in Florida and other mass shootings.

“If you prohibit that you find something else,” Limbaugh said.
