Lidl recalls three varieties of cream cheese of the brand Baresa back. In one of the variants is the listeriabacterie shown. This can pose a threat to the sick, the elderly and pregnant women.

It comes to fresh cream cheese in the flavors of tomato/basil, pineapple/peach and chives.

The bacterium poses a serious risk to health for the sick, pregnant women, the elderly and small children. An infection can cause nausea and diarrhea but also to the brain(film)inflammation or blood poisoning and in extreme cases, to death.

Customers are strongly advised to have the cheese not to eat it and to return the product to the store. They then get the money back.
