BARCELONA (Reuters) – the South Korean LG Electronics introduces 5G smartphone on Sunday with a double-screen, the latest handset maker to adjust the pitch of a new design feature in an attempt to revive flagging sales.
The two screens on the new V50ThinQ 5G phone work independently of each other, so that a user could watch a movie on one screen and make use of the internet on the second screen at the same time.
The phone also has three cameras on the back and one at the front.
LG presented a phone that can be opened without touching the screen. The handset is used in place of an authentication system that reads the veins in their hands and makes use of infrared face recognition.
LG said that it has not (yet) release dates for the devices.
